Analysis:
Involving the client in order to have a thorough understanding for the detailed requirements along with a collection of the CAD drawings and site pictures. A site visit will be arranged to further investigation.
Brinstorming:
Based on the previous stage, Analysing the site an initial concept and design will be sketched for the client selection and feedback.
Concept and Design:
Working on the client input the design team will be able to have a concept of the final design, illustrating the drawings accordingly. ( giving the client 2 weeks for reviewing and adjustments).
Final Design:
Finalizing the design drawings after adjusting the client’s comments. Then the drawings will be submitted to the client for final approval.
Design Details:
Production of the Detailed Design along with the reports and BOQ.
